Job Title:Director of Statistical ProgrammingJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Director of Statistical Programming to lead our statistical programming activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality programming deliverables in assigned projects.The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong technical expertise in SAS programming, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain programming documentations following programming standards and processes. This includes creating CDISC standard SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications.Additionally, you will oversee the development of SAS programs for the creation of SDTM and ADaM datasets following CDISC standards and reports.As a leader, you will contribute to the development of standard and utility macros, participate in establishing and maintaining statistical programming standards.Other responsibilities include CRF annotation, review of SAP, TLFs specifications development, and TLFs review.Furthermore, you will handle all P21 related items and eCRT package including aCRF, define.XML, cSDRG, ADRG and ARM for the regulatory submission to FDA/EMA/PMDA or other agencies.You will also support global regulatory authority submissions following guidelines and working closely with partnering functions to address health authority requests.Key Qualifications:Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in statistical programmingExpertise in SAS programming and proficiency in CDISC standardsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksBenefitsOur organization offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.Why Work With Us?We are a dynamic and innovative company that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
