Job Title: Software Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through meticulous manual testing.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.Execute manual test cases to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications across various platforms and devices.Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, providing clear and detailed reproduction steps.Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure defects are resolved effectively.Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.Support user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios and assisting end-users during testing phases.Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.Requirements:Demonstrated experience in manual testing, including creating test plans and test cases.Strong understanding of software development methodologies and life cycles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.Ability to analyze complex technical information and identify key issues.Proven problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with bug-tracking tools and version control systems.Benefits:Opportunity to work on high-priority projects and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and support to ensure your success in this role.
