Job DescriptionAs a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation of our core mobile product.We are developing a cutting-edge, mobile-first platform that revolutionizes how entrepreneurs start and run their businesses using AI-powered tools.Leading the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile application using React Native and Expo, you will architect and enhance our Design System, drive app performance optimization, and take full ownership of core mobile features from concept to deployment.You will contribute to high code quality through rigorous peer review and knowledge sharing.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile application using React Native and Expo.Architect and enhance high-performance Design System using TypeScript and component API best practices.Develop and maintain the core Network Layer, ensuring efficient data fetching, robust error handling, and effective caching strategies.Drive app performance optimization, reducing re-renders, minimizing Bridge traffic, and leveraging JSI for smooth animations.Take full ownership of core mobile features from concept to deployment.Contribute to high code quality through rigorous peer review and knowledge sharing.Requirements5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years dedicated to React Native.Expert proficiency in React Native core principles, Expo, TypeScript, and modern state management.Proven experience in profiling and optimizing complex mobile applications and resolving common performance bottlenecks.Deep experience architecting and building Design Systems with a focus on modularity, scalability, and performance.Extensive experience designing and managing the network/data fetching layer, including advanced use of state management and robust retry/caching logic.Strong product sense, championing user-centric design to deliver the simplest experience.Proficiency in backend integrations and experience with cloud platforms.BenefitsBy joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project, develop your skills, and make a meaningful contribution to the tech industry.As a key member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.OthersWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and innovation.Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
