Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation and Management: Lead the implementation of SAP ERP software, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.
Project Leadership: Manage ERP projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and identify areas where ERP solutions can enhance efficiency and accuracy. Develop and implement strategies to leverage ERP capabilities fully.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to ensure ERP solutions meet business needs and support company objectives. Act as the primary contact for ERP system inquiries and issues.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure the ERP system complies with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Stay updated with new trends and technologies in ERP management.
Team Management: Lead and develop the ERP team, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development. Manage external consultants and vendors as needed.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate reports and dashboards for management to make data-driven decisions. Ensure the reliability and consistency of data across the system.

Qualifications:
Experience: Overall 10+ years and at least 3 years of experience in ERP management, preferably with SAP ERP systems. Experience of working in a manufacturing, automotive, or related organization is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, profound knowledge of SAP ERP systems, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
