Job Title:Site ELV Systems SupervisorJoin us to take on a challenging role where you will supervise and execute the installation of Electrical Lighting and Ventilation (ELV) systems at our project sites.This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering quality installations and ensuring adherence to safety standards.As a Site ELV Systems Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the installation of ELV systems, including CCTV, fire alarm, public address, access control, and data networking systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage a team of skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient installation of ELV systems.Supervise the implementation of system layouts, wiring diagrams, and installation guidelines as per project specifications and approved drawings.Ensure the correct use of tools and installation materials, reporting any shortages or issues to the site engineer.Conduct pre-checks and support engineers during testing and commissioning of ELV systems.Support closing snags and prepare systems for inspections, demonstrations, and client handovers.Requirements:Technical Skills:Experience in site-level supervision of ELV system installations.Knowledge of CCTV, fire alarm, public address, access control, and structured cabling systems.Ability to read and interpret system layouts, wiring diagrams, and installation guidelines.Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.At least 12 years of experience in ELV system installations, with 5 years in supervisory roles.Skills:Leadership and Behavioural Skills:Team supervision, task allocation, discipline, communication, accountability, time management, attention to detail, safety awareness, problem-solving, adaptability, result orientation.Join our dynamic team today and help us deliver exceptional ELV system installations
