Project Development ManagerWe are in the process of expanding our product portfolio and user base across multiple markets, including India.The ideal candidate will oversee the planning and execution of critical software initiatives and projects for the organization. They will collaborate with various teams to align and help us achieve our goals.Oversight of entire project lifecycle from initiation and requirements gathering through to design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.Development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, technical specifications, and timelines ensuring clear alignment with strategic goals.Delivery of high-quality projects on time within scope, maintaining highest standards of execution efficiency.Tracking key project milestones and metrics, providing regular updates and accurate reports on project status, risks, and progress.Management of project execution using appropriate methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Proactive identification of project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing project scope to prevent creep and keep the team focused on delivery goals.Coordination and management of expectations, communications, and deliverables with stakeholders, including leadership and third-party partners.
