ProductProduct knowledge: 1s interested in fashion, understands the collections in Depth, can carry out commercial analyses and provides the managers with relevant feedback. Understands how to conduct a competitor analysis and shares their input with managers. Is aware of store sales performance and effectively communicates it to the team. Understands the visual merchandising guidelines and makes sure the store keeps up with image standards. Ensures optimal and constant replenishment of the product on the shop floor.Fitting rooms: Organises the merchandise and returns it to the shop floor quickly and accurately. Trains team members while making sure security procedures are carried out correctly.Customer service: Ensures high standards of customer service are provided in the store, is always willing to help and solves issues involving customers. iPods: Drives additional sales via iPods and contributes to creating a complete omnichannel experience for the customers Processes Effectively manages and participates in the delivery process and stockroom organisation.Shrinkage and Security: Knows and applies all internal procedures to control shrinkage and supervises inventories and applies all the necessary action plans to ensure the Company's objectives.Supports the managers in all the operations processes in store Train team members while making sure these are carried out correctly.Supports the managers in the appropriate use of RFID technology in all store processes and helps with the correct organisation and operation of Online and SIMT orders.Actively participates in all necessary tasks to support the overall needs of the storeTill supervision: Ensures compliance with all till procedures. PeopleCollaborates in and guarantees the successful welcoming of new starters and follows up on their training.Trains, develops and motivates store staff with training sessions, talks (or other performance reviews) and development plans, and keeps the team up to date with all business objectives and the latest newsSupports the managers with the daily planning, making sureall store tasks are completed.Gives constructive feedback to their managers about the performance of the rest of the teamSupports the managers in team meetings and employee development and promotes tha motivation and engagement of all team membersGuarantees staff wellbeing, the implementation of best safe work practices and the compliance of all Health and Safety regulationsManages the resources available in store according to the company's sustainability policy.Respects the opinion of others and promotes the company's principles of diversity and inclusion.
