BackgroundNAPP Commercial Ventures Pte Ltd. is seeking the services of a qualified web development firm or individual consultant to design, develop, and deliver a professional corporate website. The website will serve as a digital presence for the company, provide information on its services, and support business growth and customer engagement.About the Company: Incorporated in 2025 as company limited by shares, NAPP COMMERCIAL VENTURES PTE. LTD. serves as the commercial arm of Fairtrade NAPP, established to drive market expansion, commercialize services, and ensure the organization’s long-term financial sustainability. Its core mission is to maximize value for Fairtrade producers and traders through access to core Fairtrade services, creating expanded trade opportunities beyond certification offerings, strengthening capacity to meet evolving global market demands, and leveraging regional expertise across the Fairtrade system.2. ObjectiveTo develop a user-friendly, visually appealing, secure, and mobile-responsive website that reflects the brand identity of NAPP Commercial Ventures and supports future business expansion and digital communication.3. Payment TermsPayment will be made based on milestones agreed upon in the contract with the selected bidder.8.
