( ML & AL ) Programmer

Job Summary:We are seeking a Junior Python Programmer to support research and academic projects by developing data-driven solutions, automating research processes, and assisting in data analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python programming and an interest in academic research, data science, and machine learning.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Python scripts to support research projects and PhD scholars.Assist in automating data collection, preprocessing, and analysis using Python libraries.Work with large datasets, including text, numerical, and structured/unstructured data.Implement statistical models, data visualization techniques, and machine learning algorithms.Develop research-based applications and tools to enhance academic productivity.Collaborate with researchers, domain experts, and senior developers to meet project requirements.Assist in writing and optimizing research code for efficiency and accuracy.Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and version control (Git).Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Proficiency in Python and knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.Basic understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data mining.Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and working with large datasets.Knowledge of web scraping, API integration, and automation tools is a plus.Familiarity with research methodologies and scientific computing tools.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in academic or research-based projects.Familiarity with LaTeX, Jupyter Notebook, or research paper writing tools.Benefits:Opportunity to work on innovative research projects.Mentorship from senior researchers and domain experts.Training in advanced research tools and methodologies.Competitive salary and flexible work options.
