Job TitleCreative Power Platform Developer NeededA forward-thinking Power Platform developer with 4–5 years of experience is needed to craft and maintain business applications and solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.Main Responsibilities:Create and deploy innovative Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven apps) and Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.Design and build custom connectors, Power BI dashboards, and reports integrated with Power Platform solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices in app development.Evaluate and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable, following Microsoft Power Platform governance guidelines.Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs.Enhance application performance, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment across environments.Contribute to documentation, solution architecture, and training materials for end users.4–5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Strong proficiency in Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, including custom forms, business rules, and automation workflows.Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and integration with Dynamics 365 / Microsoft 365 services.Familiarity with Power Platform administration, security roles, and governance practices.Knowledge of API integration, custom connectors, and Azure services is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.Experience with AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and advanced automation capabilities.Exposure to solution architecture, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, or C# for extending Power Apps functionality.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance standards.
