Job Description : Tech LeadAbout the Role:We are seeking a Tech Lead who will play a pivotal role in building, guiding, andscaling our technology team. This role requires a balance of technical architecture,leadership, and people management, with a strong focus on long-term scalabilityand IT strategy. The Tech Lead will be responsible for defining the technology stack,designing robust architecture, and ensuring smooth execution across multipleproducts while mentoring and managing the team.Key Responsibilities (KRAs)Technology Architecture & Strategy• Define and own the organization's tech architecture roadmap for scalability,security, and performance.• Evaluate, recommend, and finalize the technology stack and tools for variousproducts.• Ensure seamless integrations across internal systems (CRM, HRMS, ATS, AIplatforms, etc.) and customer-facing products.Team Building & Leadership• Recruit, onboard, and nurture top technical talent.• Mentor developers, testers, and other tech team members to ensure highperformance.• Manage probation confirmations, appraisals, and performance exits wherenecessary.• Build a strong culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability within the techteam.Execution & Delivery• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of multiple products/projects.• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and process audits to maintain technicalexcellence.• Plan team bandwidth, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery ofmilestones.• Run strategic and tactical tech meetings with stakeholders and management.Cross-functional Collaboration• Act as a bridge between the Tech Head, Product Managers, and BusinessLeaders.• Translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.• Collaborate with CX, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance teams to align systemsand product capabilities.Scalability & Process Building• Establish and implement engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines,testing frameworks, and documentation standards.• Anticipate future business needs and ensure the tech ecosystem is designed forscalability and flexibility.• Drive adoption of automation, AI integrations, and emerging technologies whereapplicable.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Architecture Success: Stability, scalability, and maintainability of systems.• Delivery Metrics: On-time delivery of milestones, reduced technical debt.• Team Health: Retention, performance ratings, and engagement of tech teammembers.• Cross-functional Impact: Seamless collaboration with Product, CX, and Businessteams.• Process Maturity: Adoption of CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and documentationpractices.Requirements• Experience: 8+ years in software development with at least 2+ years in aleadership/architect role• Strong experience in designing scalable architectures across multiple domains• Strong coding skills in Node.js, TypeScript and proficiency in web frameworkslike ReactJS/NextJS• Comfortable with cron jobs, RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)and AWS• Experience with RDBMS like MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB andRedis• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams• Generalist mindset — exposure to web, mobile, CRM systems, AI/ML, andintegrations• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills• Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to deep-dive into technical challengesWebsite:https://quantumleap.co.in/https://rajivtalreja.com/www.karanhasija.comSocial Media:https://www.instagram.com/rajivtalreja/https://www.youtube.com/c/RajivTalrejaDhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/rajivtalreja/
