Junior Anesthesiologist PositionWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Anesthesiologist to provide anesthesia services across various surgical specialties.The role involves assisting senior anesthetists with anesthesia administration, perioperative care, and performing ICU procedures as needed.Key Responsibilities:Support senior anesthesiologists in delivering anesthesia for Neurosurgery, Urology, General Surgery, and other surgical specialties.Prepare patients for anesthesia and ensure proper monitoring during surgical procedures.Contribute to intraoperative and postoperative patient management.Oversee ICU patients and perform required procedures such as airway management, central lines, arterial lines, etc.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain accurate clinical documentation.Coordinate with surgical teams, nursing staff, and ICU personnel for efficient workflow.Requirements:Mbbs with Md/dnb in Anesthesiology (or equivalent).Valid registration with relevant medical council.Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience may apply.Essential Skills:Strong understanding of anesthesia techniques and icu procedures.Good clinical judgement and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively under senior supervision.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
