As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable infrastructure for Large Language Model (LLM) operations.Design and Implement Scalable Infrastructure: You will design and implement scalable infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, deployment, and inference of LLMs using cloud-native architectures.Establish Best Practices: You will establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and lifecycle management to ensure that LLM solutions are deployed, monitored, and continuously improved at enterprise scale.Implement Safety Guardrails: You will implement safety guardrails, compliance standards, and bias mitigation frameworks to ensure responsible AI.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline LLMOps workflows and build automation pipelines for retraining, dataset updates, and version management.Evaluate Tools and Frameworks: You will evaluate tools and frameworks to improve performance, reduce latency, and optimize costs.Monitor and Alerting: You will ensure full visibility into deployed models with monitoring and alerting via tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.Mentor Team Members: You will mentor team members and advocate for best practices.
