This role partners closely with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers to define and deliver data products that drive decision-making and operational efficiency in revenue cycle management.Essential Functions and TasksDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ventra's analytics and dashboarding products.· Lead product discovery with internal stakeholders across the revenue cycle to identify data needs and align product priorities with business goals.· Translate complex business problems into clear, scalable product solutions, balancing short-term needs with long-term architecture and data strategy.· Partner with Power BI developers and data engineers to deliver robust, intuitive dashboards built on trusted, well-modeled data.· Prioritize the product backlog, manage sprint planning, and drive release planning using Agile tools, preferably Azure DevOps.· Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and technical specifications using Confluence.· Evaluate product performance, define success metrics, and iterate based on user feedback and data usage patterns.· Coordinate and bridge cross-functional initiatives with business operations, data governance, and IT teams keeping product vision at the forefront.· Support stakeholder communications and occasionally participate in client discussions to represent product vision and roadmap.· Champion a data product mindset across the organization, promoting the value of clean, actionable data.· Drive the product lifecycle from inception to delivery, ensuring that key milestones are met in a timely manner.· Mentor product analysts and product owners and drive the adoption of product best practices.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).· 6–9+ years of experience in data product management, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles.· CSPO Certification preferred· Proven experience leading cross-functional product development teams in an Agile environment.· Moderate to advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.· Strong background in dashboarding and reporting tools (Power BI preferred), with knowledge of data warehouse environments such as Snowflake.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrategic thinking with the ability to align data product initiatives to business outcomes.· Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and analytics use cases.· Expertise in Agile product development and backlog management using Azure DevOps.· Strong data literacy; able to converse fluently with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders.· Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.· Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.· Experience working in a remote team environment, with strong self-management and organization.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.· Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.· Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.· Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.· Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.· Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner.· Basic touch 10 key skills.· Basic Math skills.· Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.· Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.· Strong time management and organizational skills.· Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.Compensation40 hours per week· Occasional Standing· Occasional Walking· Sitting for prolonged periods of time· Pushing and pulling movements - rarely· Occasional Reaching -rarely· Bending, twisting, and stooping - rarely· Frequent hand, finger movement· Use equipment such as copy, fax, and postage· Communicate verbally and in writing· Lift and/ or move up to pounds· Extensive use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer screen· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close visionVentra HealthEqual Employment Opportunity (Applicable only in the US)Ventra Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a culturally diverse organization.
