Oracle EPM Cloud ProfessionalWe are seeking an accomplished Oracle EPM Cloud expert to lead high-impact financial planning and analytics initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion Planning and be able to implement and support Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) or Hyperion Planning solutions effectively.The key responsibilities of this role include:Designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) or Hyperion Planning solutions to meet business requirements.Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to achieve organizational goals.Developing business rules, calculation scripts, and data integrations to enhance solution effectiveness.Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions that meet their needs.The desired experience for this role includes:A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) or Hyperion Planning solutions, with hands-on experience in EPM Cloud Planning, metadata management, and integrations.Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning modules, including business rule development, calculation scripts, data integration, Smart View, Essbase, and reporting.A good understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, CapEx, and other related areas.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.Experience in solution design and client-facing roles is highly valued.
