Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Legal and Compliance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end legal operations, including contract management, compliance governance, and regulatory liaison.The successful candidate will be responsible for handling legal notices, responses, and communications for our entities in India, US, and NZ. They will also manage statutory and regulatory compliance under various laws, maintain a master compliance calendar, and draft, vet, and negotiate contracts.The role requires excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong project-management mindset and attention to detail.
