Talent Management ExpertWe are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors SCDP professional to lead end-to-end implementation projects.Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors SCDP configuration and implementation.Experience with succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans, and calibration processes.Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with Employee Central, LMS, and Performance & Goals.Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skillsThe ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and must have led at least 2 full end-to-end SCDP implementation projects.You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to implement, configure, and optimize succession planning (SCDP) solutions to support talent management initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors SCDP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Configure and maintain succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans, and talent review processes within SCDP.Conduct talent reviews, calibration sessions, and support leadership in identifying successors for critical roles.Integrate SCDP with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning (LMS).Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on talent gaps, bench strength, and workforce readiness.Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer for HR teams and business users.Provide guidance on best practices, process optimization, and system enhancements.
