Job Title: Data ScientistWe are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy machine learning models into production-grade environments.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and deploy ML models for business value creation.Set up and manage MLOps pipelines for continuous training, monitoring, and versioning.Automate data processing, model deployment, and CI/CD workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions.Implement model performance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.Optimize ML workloads for scalability, cost, and performance in cloud environments.Ensure best practices in security, governance, and reproducibility.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multimodality, specifically working with at least two modalities (text + vision or text + audio or vision + audio). They must have practical experience working on multimodal pipelines, model building, or fine-tuning.A strong background in computer vision is required, particularly for roles related to the Rockets project.Preferred qualifications include:Experience with Generative AI, diffusion models, transformers, or similar technologies.Exposure to GPU training, model optimization, and large-scale datasets.To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate:Hands-on experience in Multimodality: Practical experience working with at least two modalities (Text + Vision or Text + Audio or Vision + Audio).A proven track record of working on multimodal pipelines, model building, or fine-tuning — not just using APIs or basic integration.Minimum 2 years of hands-on work in multimodal ML, computer vision, or audio ML.A strong portfolio showcasing experience in:Image processing / vision-based MLAudio AI (if applicable)Multimodal architectures, datasets, or projects
