Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Technical Support Executive. The role involves providing customer and technical support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing customer needs. The Technical Support Executive will manage end-user issues, deliver effective technical solutions, and ensure a high standard of customer service. They will also assist in maintaining smooth IT operations by cooperating with team members and supporting the company's core infrastructure. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Strong Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities Analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Relevant certifications in IT Support or related fields are a plus Previous experience in IT Infrastructure or customer service roles is advantageous
