About the JobAs a professional responsible for configuring and automating our ecosystem, you will be accountable for optimizing various software platforms, including CRM, Forms, Flow, and Deluge-based automations.Key responsibilities include:Configuring and optimizing software modules, layouts, fields, views, roles, and permissionsBuilding seamless integrations between forms and workflowsCreating and maintaining email automations using scriptsDeveloping and managing workflows, blueprints, and validation rulesBuilding and monitoring integrations using APIs, webhooks, and workflow toolsTroubleshooting system issues, automation failures, and data sync problemsImproving and documenting processes to support scale and team adoptionRequirements include:3+ years of hands-on experience with software configuration and administrationStrong scripting experience, especially for email and workflow automationProven ability to build and deploy seamless integrationsSolid working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and workflow toolsExperience with workflow software is a major plusJob RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have excellent technical skills and be able to work independently.
