Job Title: Store Keeper - Construction Site

Job Overview: The Store Keeper plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the store at the construction site. The individual is responsible for maintaining records, overseeing inventory, and ensuring the secure and efficient organization of materials and equipment. The goal is to ensure that the construction project has a steady flow of required materials without any discrepancies or delays.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Perform regular inventory audits and keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Coordinate with suppliers and site management for timely delivery and restocking of materials.
Record Keeping:
Ensure all documentation, such as delivery notes, invoices, and stock records, are accurately filled out and filed.
Quality Control:
Ensure the quality of materials meets the required standards and specifications.
Safety and Compliance:
Maintain a clean and safe storeroom environment.
Team Coordination:
Assist in forecasting inventory requirements based on project timelines and coordinate with vendors for timely supply.
