We are seeking a talented Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications to meet the needs of our clients and business stakeholders. Job ProfileLocation : Bhopal, Indore, JabalpurQualification : B.Tech, MCAMin. Experience (in Yrs) : 6 Role & ResponsibilityDesign and develop robust and efficient Java applications according to business requirements and technical specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions.Implement and unit test software components to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing Java applications.Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency.Excellent knowledge of relational databases, Oracle, MYSQL, SQL and ORM Technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Prepare, Maintain and schedule sprints/release related to development tasksKnowledge of web development technologies including responsive UI framework along with HTML 5 , CSS , JAVA script and J queryExperience with Java frameworks/libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts and Angular JS.Experience in developing Web Applications using at popular web frameworks such as Struts, Spring MVC.Experience with latest IDE like Eclipse IDE / Net Beans etc.Profound insight of JAVA and J2EE internals (Class loading , memory management , transaction management etc)Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Ant).Mastery of OOP principles to design and implement robust, modular software solutions. Qualifications and Experience: Candidate must be (B.E. / B.Tech) or (PG in IT /CS or equivalent)Candidate must have total experience of 6 years with minimum 5 years of experience in developing java applicationsPrior experience working on minimum 4 government projects, particularly involving e-governance or ERP systems, is a must Desired ExpertiseTechnical Expertise : Advanced Java, Java, Oracle, MYSQL, SQL and ORM Technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)Skill Set : Analytical Skills, Behavioural Skills, Being Responsible, Coordination and Collaboration, Cultural Fitment, Innovation /Out of the Box Thinking, Interpersonal Skills, Ownership, Presentation Skills, Presentation and Demonstration, Punctuality in total, Socialisation, Team Working Qualification & CertificationB.Tech, MCA
