We are seeking a highly skilled EDI expert to support our global customer onboarding and EDI operations.Manage EDI integrations, onboarding, and end-to-end coordination with global customers.Utilize Oracle EBS and Oracle E-Commerce Gateway for efficient EDI workflows.Support existing EDI transactions (850/855/856/810) and additional customer requests.Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless ERP–EDI integration.Work with IBM Sterling at a functional level—capable of supporting minimal configurations and coordination with the VAN team.Lead communication with trading partners and ensure smooth execution.Mandatory SkillsStrong proficiency in Oracle EBS, especially Oracle E-Commerce Gateway (Inbound/Outbound processing).Exposure to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator – understanding of flows, configurations, tracking, and coordination.Solid understanding of EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT.Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with global EDI implementations.Familiarity with transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810, etc.About this roleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with our team and contribute to our mission.
