Statistical ProgrammerWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Statistical Programmer to join our team.This role involves developing, validating and maintaining ADaM datasets, TLFs and other analytical outputs for clinical trials.The successful candidate will support Oncology studies by ensuring accuracy, consistency and regulatory compliance in all programming deliverables.Responsibilities also include contributing to ISS/ISE activities including dataset integration, analysis and documentation.The ideal candidate will work closely with statisticians, data managers and clinical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.Additionally, the Statistical Programmer will assist in regulatory submissions and RTQs providing clear traceable and compliant programming outputs.In this collaborative environment, the successful candidate will participate in sprint meetings, planning and continuous improvement discussions.The role requires working with internal tools and platforms including GSK-specific tools following established standards and governance.Troubleshooting data/programming issues and proposing process enhancements are key aspects of this position.Key Requirements:4-14 years of experience in industrial statistical programming.Proficiency in R programming is essential.Intermediate candidates with strong learning intent and ability to upskill quickly will be considered.Solid experience in SAS programming especially in a clinical/biostatistics environment.Hands-on expertise in ADaM dataset development and TLF programming.A good understanding of CDISC standards and clinical trial data flow is required.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work in cross-functional teams.Benefits of Working with Us:Opportunity to work on impactful Oncology research with global teams.A continuous learning and upskilling environment.A collaborative agile work culture.Exposure to end-to-end statistical programming lifecycle and regulatory submissions.
