What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute SEO strategy with a strong focus on content-led growth.
  • Research, identify, and prioritise high-impact keywords for blogs, tutorials, and guides.
  • Optimize content for both search engines (SEO) and generative engines (GEO), ensuring visibility across Google, Bing, and AI-driven platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.
  • Drive organic inbound leads by improving search visibility and ranking.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Track performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, SEO trends, and content strategies to ensure consistent growth.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong expertise in keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Understanding of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to future-proof content discoverability in AI-driven search.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Google Search Console.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure, track, and report SEO performance.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work across content, product, and marketing teams.
  • Strong writing/editing sensibility with an eye for content quality and relevance.


Good to Have

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech startups.
  • Knowledge of content distribution strategies and digital PR.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Understanding of AI/ML content trends and SEO for AI-driven products.
