Job Title: US Recruiter – Leadership Hiring Experience: 2 to 5 Years Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday) Shift Timing: 6:30 PM IST onwards (US Shift) Location: Domlur, Bangalore About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Recruiter – Leadership Hiring to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership hiring across Sales, Manufacturing, and BFSI verticals , particularly having knowledge in catering SI clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the US recruitment landscape, sourcing strategies, and proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles across Sales, Manufacturing, and BFSI verticals. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with Big4 clients. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Leverage in-depth knowledge of US geography to target and attract top talent from relevant regions. Conduct initial screening, competency assessments, and present qualified profiles to hiring managers. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment targets. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across the US. Key Requirements: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in leadership/technical hiring for US-based roles . Strong exposure to recruiting within Sales, Manufacturing, and BFSI sectors. Experience working with or supporting Tier-1/2 SI clients is highly preferred. Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools/platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Sound understanding of US geography , job market, and visa regulations. Willing to work in US shift (6:30 PM IST onwards) from office in Domlur, Bangalore .
