We are seeking a highly skilled HR Professional to join our organization in the role of Director - Human Resources.Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Main Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support business successCoach and support managers on employee relations, performance issues, and development opportunitiesLead workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning initiativesCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective hiring aligned with business needsChampion a strong organizational culture through employee engagement and change management initiativesEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, mitigating risk and resolving issues proactivelyRequirements:7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational dynamicsProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsData-driven mindset with experience using HRIS and tools for insights
