Our company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in the PPM Shared Services team. The ideal candidate will develop enterprise-grade Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions using C# and other 3rd party .Net software.The selected individual will undertake analysis, design, coding and testing activities of complex modulesDevelop software on time and to required quality standardsSupport the company's development processes and development guidelines including code reviews, coding style and unit testing requirementsResearches and understands the business requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria and competitive issuesRequirementsThe successful candidate will have:Around 5+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience in C#/.NET development with the discipline to deliver maintainable, high-quality solutionsExperience with Javascript and popular libraries like CanJS, React, Angular or VueJSExperience in API, Microservice Architecture and IntegrationStrong grounding in software engineering principles: OOP, SOLID, design patterns, testing, and maintainabilityExperience delivering on-time releases in a mature enterprise software environment where quality and reliability come firstProficiency in databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and modern development practices (code reviews, unit testing, Agile/DevOps)Clear communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and guide peersPreferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will also have:A habit of approaching problems with AI in mind, looking for ways to apply intelligent automation and reimagine workflowsThe ability to treat AI as a partner in development, using it to automate routine tasks, accelerate development, improve quality, and spark innovationComfort working across multiple languages and frameworks (starting with C#, and potential for Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, etc.), with AI tools as an enabler of adaptabilityCuriosity and initiative to explore new AI capabilities and share practical applications with peersHands-on experience with AI-powered development tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and the ability to apply them responsibly in production environments
