T24 System Admin Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced T24 System Administrator to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our T24 COB processes.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for T24 COB processes, resolving issues and ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.Monitor COB processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the day.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations, finance, and IT teams, to ensure smooth COB processing.Troubleshoot and resolve COB-related issues, including transaction processing errors, accounting discrepancies, and system issues.Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, escalating to senior management or external support as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in T24, with a focus on providing technical support and troubleshooting for COB processes.In-depth knowledge of T24/Transact system.Strong understanding of T24 architecture, including application server, Database server.Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.Certifications: T24 certification or equivalent experience.Job Requirements Summary:The T24 System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions, resolving COB-related issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth COB processing.
