About Us -

The Souled Store is one India’s fastest growing youth focused lifestyle brand. We started in 2013 as a homegrown Indian brand and today we are one of the largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and we are expanding across action figures, backpacks and collectibles and are scaling in footwear and kidswear.

Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 40 stores across India with plans for expansion pan India.

The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. We believe that people do their best work when they love what they do. There are too many Monday mornings and you can’t go dreading every single one of them. Team Position & Overview -

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate Photographer to join our team and elevate the visual storytelling of our brand. You will play a critical role in producing high-quality images that resonate with our audience, enhance our product presentation, and drive brand engagement across platforms. If you have a keen eye for detail, an understanding of the retail and e-commerce space, and a passion for creative excellence, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality product images for e-commerce, social media, marketing campaigns, and retail platforms while ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and standards.
Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to conceptualize and execute visually engaging campaigns.
Experiment with styling, lighting, and compositions to highlight product features and create impactful visuals.
Manage the editing and retouching process to deliver polished, professional images.
Maintain consistency in color grading, cropping, and other post-production aspects.
Maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.
Plan, schedule, and execute both in-studio and on-location shoots.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience of 4+ years in photography, specifically within retail, apparel, or e-commerce industries.
Proficiency with professional photography equipment and lighting techniques.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing software.
Strong understanding of branding, composition, and visual storytelling.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
