Memory Compiler Development LeadWe are seeking a seasoned Memory Compiler Development Lead to spearhead the development of high-performance memory compilers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full custom memory design, architecture, layout, characterization, and verification at the compiler level.Main Responsibilities:Leverage expertise in full custom memory architecture design to drive end-to-end SRAM memory compiler development.Oversee layout design, netlisting, and characterization to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Develop comprehensive verification strategies for both design and layout at the compiler level.Cultivate strong technical depth and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.Develop project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and quality assurance processes to maintain project momentum.Required Qualifications:8+ years of hands-on experience in full custom memory design, compiler architecture, SRAM design, layout development, custom netlisters, memory characterization tools, and flows.Deep understanding of EDA tools for layout, simulation, and verification (Cadence, Synopsys, etc.).Strong understanding of design quality methodologies, DFMEA, and ISO/IEC standards.Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in low-power memory designs and advanced process nodes (7nm, 5nm, etc.).Familiarity with silicon validation and test strategies.Exposure to compiler automation and flow optimization.
