This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team and driving superior client outcomes while protecting the value of the VLCC brand.Skills: Excellent communication, Sales, Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.HR Contact Person Interested candidate can share their CV on the below mentioned email ID- Key Responsibilities:1)     Sales & Business GrowthAchieve slimming services & product sales targets.Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.2)     Customer ExcellenceConduct client assessments (diet, medical, fitness) & design programs.Ensure DNA Slim & SOP-based therapies are implemented on time.Monitor progress, review results, and resolve client concerns.Maintain high client regularity & package execution.3)     Operations & ComplianceOversee equipment, hygiene, consumables, and stock as per SOP.Ensure accurate record-keeping in systems and registers.Coordinate with doctors, dieticians, and physiotherapists for holistic care.4)     Team LeadershipLead, train, and motivate slimming staff.Manage rosters, attendance, and staff productivity.Conduct team meetings, resolve grievances, and ensure discipline.5)     Engagement & EventsPlan in-clinic wellness events, group counselling, and motivational activities.Share success stories, performance reports, and client outcomes with corporate/area heads.6)     CompetenciesStrong knowledge of slimming, dietetics, and wellness therapies.Ability to counsel clients and drive compliance.Leadership and team management skills.Sales orientation with client-centric approach.7)     Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives, health benefits, & other benefits as per company policy.(NOTE: Willing to work in shifts, accept additional responsibilities, comfortable with transfers to other locations).
