We empower employees to become the strongest defense against cyber threats.As we expand our global training content portfolio, we are hiring a Creative Team Lead to drive the creation of impactful video-based learning content.💡 Role OverviewThe Creative Team Lead will own the complete lifecycle of training content video production—from ideation to final delivery. This includes script development, storyboarding, filming oversight, animation, editing, and ensuring all content aligns with SimuPhish’s brand and learning goals. The role involves leading a creative sub-team while working closely with the Tech Team to ensure content is compatible with our platform and supports our cyber awareness objectives.🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Content DevelopmentLead creative ideation and storytelling for cyber security training videos.Create scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts for engaging video modules.Simplify complex cyber concepts into clear and impactful content.Team & Project LeadershipManage a team of designers, editors, videographers, and animators.Distribute workloads, plan timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.Mentor and develop creative talent within the team.Video Production OversightOversee end-to-end production, including pre-production, animation, filming (where required), and post-production editing.Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all training videos.Work with voiceover artists, external vendors, and freelancers as needed.Quality & Brand GovernanceReview all creative outputs to ensure high quality and accuracy.Maintain creative guidelines and visual standards for training content.Introduce best practices for instructional and e-learning video design.Tech CollaborationCollaborate closely with the Tech Team to ensure content integrates seamlessly with the SimuPhish platform.Align file formats, video structures, and delivery types with platform requirements.Provide creative support for product improvements and platform UX needs.✅ Requirements·       6 to 15 years of experience in video production, animation, creative content development, or e- learning video creation.·       Proven experience leading a creative team or managing multi-disciplinary creative projects.·       Strong expertise in scriptwriting, storyboarding, video editing, and motion graphics.·       Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and other creative tools.·       Experience creating training or instructional content (preferred).·       Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts visually.·       Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.🌟 Key CompetenciesCreative vision & storytelling capabilityLeadership & team managementMotion graphics and design senseQuality orientation & attention to detailAbility to work under tight timelinesStrong collaboration skills with tech and cross-functional teamsContinuous improvement & innovation mindset🌟 Why Join UsWork with a global cybersecurity brand making a real impact.Remote flexibility with a collaborative and innovative team culture.Opportunity to experiment, innovate, and grow with creative freedom.Inclusive, supportive environment that values ideas and individuality.
