This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge generative AI, large language models, and agentic systems.As a key contributor, you will research, design, and build advanced AI models, own AI projects from ideation to deployment, develop high-performance machine learning/deep learning models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.Required Skills:• Programming languages: Python (advanced), PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX• Frameworks: HuggingFace Transformers/Diffusers, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel• Generative & Agentic AI: RAG, multi-agent orchestration, fine-tuning diffusion models, LLM fine-tuning• Machine Learning & Deep Learning: XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, clustering, PCA/UMAP, CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs, Transformers (BERT, ViT, GPT)• Computer Vision: YOLO, DETR, Faster R-CNN, OCR: PaddleOCR, Tesseract, EasyOCR, LayoutLM, Video analytics: DeepSORT, ByteTrack• Optimization & Deployment: TensorRT, ONNX, quantization, pruning, distillation, Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIsQualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field• 3.5–7 years experience in ML/AI with proven end-to-end solution delivery• Strong fundamentals in ML/DL, optimization, modeling• Excellent analytical, debugging & problem-solving skills
