Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Community Managers & Centre Heads at Cove Offices in Bangalore. The role involves overseeing sales and client visits, daily operations, managing community engagement, handling client inquiries, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Centre.
Qualifications
Experience in flexi spaces or coworking spaces or with IPCs is a must
Effective sales skills - through a demonstrated sales experience in earlier roles
Community Management and Customer Service skills
Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
Experience in Office Management or Facility Operations
Knowledge of coworking industry trends and best practices
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Leadership and Team Management skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
