Senior Programmatic Trader – We’re HiringLocation: Nagasandra Bengaluru Experience: 4+ years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Digital Advertising / Programmatic / AdTech🔍 About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Programmatic Trader with deep, hands-on expertise operating modern DSPs. This role focuses on strategy, optimization, pacing management, troubleshooting, and delivering strong performance results.This is not a publisher ad-ops or trafficking role — we are looking for someone who has managed full-funnel programmatic buying, delivered against strict KPIs, and understands how to solve delivery challenges using data and platform knowledge.You will collaborate closely with the Client Services team to activate and optimize campaigns across Display, Video, and CTV.🛠️ Key Responsibilities📌 DSP Ownership & OptimizationExecute end-to-end campaigns across DSPs (TTD, DV360, Beeswax, etc.)Optimize toward CPA, CTR, CPCV, reach, or custom KPIsTroubleshoot pacing and delivery issues using both automated and manual leversApply and manage frequency caps to maximize incremental reach📌 Data-Driven Strategy & TargetingUse 1P/3P/contextual data to build strong targeting strategiesBalance reach and precision while maintaining qualityDevelop tactics for hard-to-reach audiencesInterpret platform reporting and audience data for continuous optimization📌 Supply & Exchange ExpertiseEvaluate ad exchanges, SSPs, and inventory sourcesUnderstand supply path optimization and SSP prioritizationIdentify and resolve inventory, floor price, or exchange-related issues📌 Problem Solving & TestingDiagnose performance issues using dataBuild hypotheses, test methodically, and document insightsRecommend new tactics, supply paths, or targeting approaches📌 Cross-Team CollaborationWork with Client Services to translate goals into programmatic strategiesTrain and upskill junior team members on DSP best practicesProvide clear reasoning for trading decisions🎯 Required Experience4+ years hands-on DSP trading experience across Display, Video, and CTVProven track record delivering KPIs for brand or performance advertisersStrong understanding of bidding strategies, pacing algorithms, and auction dynamicsComfortable using analytics dashboards, attribution tools, and data platformsDeep knowledge of frequency management, audience planning, and event setupFamiliarity with SSPs, exchanges, and supply path optimizationAbility to mentor and guide junior operators✨ Nice to HaveExperience with healthcare, regulated, or privacy-sensitive verticalsExposure to curated marketplaces or private dealsExperience with log-level data or advanced measurement setups
