Role Overview:

As a Social Listening Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring and analyzing social media conversations and trends related to our brand. You will interpret data from various social listening tools such as Meltwater, Mention, and Brandwatch, utilizing your familiarity with these platforms to derive insights that inform our marketing strategies. Your ability to curate meaningful analytics and present them effectively will help drive decision-making across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Monitoring: Track conversations and trends across various social media platforms to capture brand mentions, sentiment, and consumer feedback.

Tool Familiarity: Be aware of and familiar with social listening tools such as Meltwater, Mention, and Brandwatch to understand the data and insights they can provide.

Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of social media data to identify actionable insights related to brand performance, customer behavior, and market trends.

Consumer Insights: Provide insights into customer preferences, behavior, and perceptions to influence marketing strategies and brand positioning.

Competitor Monitoring: Track and report on competitor activities, industry trends, and benchmark brand performance.

Campaign Analysis: Measure the success of marketing campaigns through social listening metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.

Reporting & Presentations: Prepare detailed reports and deliver compelling presentations of findings, insights, and recommendations using PowerPoint and Excel.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and other internal teams to integrate social listening insights into broader business strategies.

Crisis Management: Identify and escalate any potential brand risks or crises, providing real-time insights to support timely responses.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Familiarity with Social Listening Tools: Awareness and familiarity with platforms such as Meltwater, Mention, Brandwatch, or similar tools for social listening and analysis.

Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in extracting insights from social media data and creating meaningful reports.

Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to visualize data and insights effectively using PowerPoint.

Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for analyzing, organizing, and presenting data.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting and insights.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Experience: Prior experience in social listening, data analysis, and preparing reports for marketing and strategy teams.

Language: Kannada Language is must.
