aLphabet International School is an authorized IB Continuum school located in Chennai. Our programs range from Mom & Me to Grade XII, with a focus on developing internationally-minded individuals through the IB learner profile attributes. Our vision is to create a nurturing environment that fosters a love for learning, providing holistic education to shape confident and independent individuals.
We are expanding organically and we are looking for qualified teachers across subject areas for our MYP/DP programmes.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for MYP/DP Teachers at aLphabet International School in Chennai. The teachers will be responsible for lesson planning, education delivery, effective communication with students and parents, teaching, and training students in the IB curriculum on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in your subject area or a Bachelor's degree with a teaching qualification.
- Experience in the IB curriculum is not mandatory but definitely appreciated.
- Pedagogical content knowledge in your subject area.
- A practising critical thinker, displaying fairmindedness in all professional endeavours.
- A strong hold on moral principles and being earnest of one's actions.
- Commitment to a highly organized professional life.
- Willingness to collaboration and open mindedness in learning from one another.
