Job Title: 5G Digital PredistorterWe are seeking an expert in Radio Frequency (RF) system architecture, responsible for developing advanced RF signal processing solutions for 5G OpenRAN Radio Units. This role focuses on transmitter linearization, ensuring the selected and implemented Dynamic Power Amplifier (DPA) system performance meets 3GPP and FCC requirements with volume production margins.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the DPA Subsystem within the mMIMO Radio. They will also design high-performance RF and baseband IP Cores in RTL, as well as ensure the DPA is versatile to operate with leading power transistor technologies, including LDMOS and GaN.This role requires a deep understanding of RF architectures and signal processing concepts, as well as knowledge of mobile networks, especially 3GPP LTE 4G and 5G, SATCOM standards related to Radio Air interface and performance specification.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record from 5G or 4G radio program development and possess sound understanding of essential elements of Systems engineering, including how to convey requirements to development and QA teams.
