Webflow Developer OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to create high-quality web experiences that drive conversions and improve page performance. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our marketing department to design and develop engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop responsive web pages and landing page concepts.Monitor site performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.Measure conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and other key metrics to inform data-driven suggestions for the team.Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning from industry trends.Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all web spaces.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field and apply this knowledge to enhance our web presence.Requirements:3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, as well as the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.Understanding of SEO principles, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying up-to-date with ever-changing SEO trends.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.The opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.About This Role:This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Webflow Developer to join our team and take their career to the next level.
