Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Working Model: Onsite

Days: Monday - Friday + Alternate Saturdays

Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Budget: 25 to 35k (depending on experience)

Experience: 2-5 years preferred (broking, mutual fund, or PMS background)

Role Overview: We're looking for an Accountant who is meticulous, reliable, and proactive in managing financial reporting, compliance, and audit preparation. This role will be central to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supporting the company's growth into PMS operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and review financial statements, NAV (Net Asset Value) reports, and regulatory filings.
  • Stay updated with SEBI and exchange requirements, ensuring 100% compliance with accounting standards.

Accounting Operations

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts for PMS funds.
  • Ensure timely reconciliations and support valuation processes.

Audit & Coordination

  • Partner with internal and external auditors.
  • Provide accurate documentation, reports, and insights during audits.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in accounting, preferably within broking, mutual fund, or PMS environments.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory norms.
  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Busywin by Comtek preferred) and MS Office.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills.
