About the Financial Management RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance processes.Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as budgetary forecasts.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Maintain accurate financial documentation and accounting records, adhering to regulatory requirements.Handle invoice processing, payment schedules, and vendor reconciliations, ensuring seamless cash flow management.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements, maintaining a high level of transparency.Assist with payroll review, tax filings, and statutory reporting, providing support to senior leadership.Partner with internal teams to validate financial data, track expenses, and support operational decision-making, driving business growth.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and financial efficiency, implementing strategic initiatives.Key Skills and Qualifications:Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g. CPA, CMA)Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or financeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environmentOther Information:This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per weekThe ideal candidate will be based in [location]Application instructions can be found on our website
