OTM Implementation SpecialistJob Summary: We are seeking a seasoned OTM implementation specialist to lead end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations.Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM implementation projects, driving project success through collaborative stakeholder engagement and meticulous solution design.Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and translate them into effective OTM solutions.Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules to optimize system performance and functionality.Perform OTM cloud configurations and support seamless integration with external systems to enhance overall system efficiency.Conduct thorough functional and technical analyses, develop well-designed solution blueprints, and troubleshoot complex system issues.Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities as needed, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile/DevOps environment, fostering open communication and mutual understanding.Develop detailed documentation, functional specifications, and process flows for successful implementations.Required Skills and Qualifications:8-12+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), with strong hands-on expertise in OTM Cloud and exposure to both functional and technical areas.Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures is essential for this role.Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes, and Agile methodologies is required.Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies is necessary for collaboration within the team.Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration is mandatory for senior roles; it's highly beneficial for mid-level positions as well.Excellent communication and client interaction skills are vital for success in this role.Good to Have:OTM certifications can be advantageous for career growth.Experience in the Logistics/Supply Chain domain can provide valuable insights and knowledge.Understanding of API/integration concepts (SOAP/REST) can broaden one's skill set.
