Business Intelligence Analyst RoleThe Business Intelligence Analyst plays a crucial role in driving business outcomes by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.Key responsibilities include understanding and communicating business issues, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures.Additionally, the Business Intelligence Analyst will execute and suggest improvements to pre-defined operational processes, implement process improvements, and remain current on new tools, techniques, and working models.The successful candidate will develop strong subject matter expertise over time, applying it to operational processes, and execute defined operational models for clients with standard operating procedures and quality assurance checks.Understand and communicate client business issues, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures.Implement process improvements and continually seek opportunities for enhancement.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.1-2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL (for analysts). Detail orientation, quality consciousness, and operational mindset are essential qualities.Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting is beneficial, particularly with broad-based experience in managed care and/or analytics.Proficiency in working with people in different time zones is a must.Why this role mattersThis position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business operations.
