About the RoleAs a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. You will design, develop, and implement customizations, configurations, and system integrations for D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations modules.Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining custom components using C#, .NET, and JavaScript while adhering to best practices and coding standards. You will also participate in solution design and technical planning sessions, contributing to architecture decisions and ensuring compliance with Microsoft's recommended practices and organizational security guidelines.You will work closely with the project team in Agile delivery, actively contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, testing, and retrospectives to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and post-implementation phases.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Design, develop, and implement customizations, configurations, and system integrations for D365 modules.Develop and maintain custom components using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.Participate in solution design and technical planning sessions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and post-implementation phases.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and extending D365 Customer Engagement solutions.Strong understanding of D365 architecture, including workflows, plugins, custom entities, and integration capabilities.Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and their integration with Dynamics 365.Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.We OfferWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and provide a supportive and inclusive work environment.
