Job Description:Job DescriptionWe are looking for Sales Coordinator to  manage our existing and new dealers, generate leads through India mart and trade India, handle customer from order booking to execution of order, coordinate with production and logistics department, prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales report,follow up for  payment, support sales executive, handle customer complaint and queries  The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer issues related to product, packaging, shipping & payments over telephonic and mail communication. The ideal fit for the above role would be someone who has very strong communication skills (English & Hindi), respects time, is comfortable with using computers, internet & MS Excel and remains calm when customers are frustrated.Roles & Responsibilities- Daily cold calling to India mart customers, explain our product details, send quotation and book order .-Booked order from our existing dealer & new dealer.- Delivering timely updates, alerts and solutions to the customers by communicating through various channels - Telephone, E-mails & Whats App.- Developing a sound understanding of the Company's products, services and policies, to be able to take right decisions while committing anything to the customers.- Coordinate with internal department for production and dispatch of materials.- Make MIS of Daily, weekly and monthly sales, manage customers data base- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to be able to close a ticket properly.- support field executive and colleagues, if and when required.- handle customers complaint and give right solutionsRole: Sales CoordinatorIndustry: ManufacturingFunctional Area: Sales and MarketingEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Sales CoordinatorEducation : Any Graduate
