Advanced Security Solutions DeveloperThis role will oversee the creation and implementation of cutting-edge security strategies, leveraging SIEM and SOAR technologies to enhance detection, response, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.Design, implement, and manage centralized log analysis and real-time event monitoring solutions using Splunk for enhanced threat detection and incident response.Develop and refine correlation rules, alerts, dashboards, and use cases to identify anomalous and malicious activity, ensuring prompt incident detection and effective mitigation strategies.Lead data ingestion and normalization efforts from diverse enterprise systems, including cloud workloads, endpoints, and network devices, to facilitate informed decision-making and streamlined incident response.Develop and maintain automation playbooks to expedite incident detection, triage, response, and recovery processes, minimizing Mean Time To Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR).Optimize workflow integration with security infrastructure to reduce MTTD/MTTR, thereby enhancing overall security posture and business resilience.Apply machine learning expertise to develop predictive models identifying potential security threats, enrich event context, and inform strategic risk management decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Security Operations Center (SOC), DevOps, IT, and business units, to align security initiatives with broader organizational objectives.Analyze incident data to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations for improving controls and detection capabilities, driving continuous improvement in security operations.Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation playbooks, integrations, and incident response protocols, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and process continuity.Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and advancements in security automation, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
