Software Engineer LeadHoneywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Advanced Embedded Software Development Lead to drive the development of more efficient and higher quality software throughout the organization. The selected candidate will lead low-level software design and development, work with multiple stakeholders, and implement processor benchmarking and radiation test development.Create new proposals and quotation estimates.Develop/own software architecture and drive technical decisions.Drive and perform low-level software design and development.Work with multiple stakeholders.Processor benchmarking and radiation test development.Drive certification activities.End-to-end technical management of software development activity from estimates to certification.Resolve complex technical problems and develop solutions, lead and unblock the team.Generate new ideas and participate in initiatives around avionics platforms.Help improve overall talent in the team.Quality focus and promote continuous improvement culture.HBIT software development/update and factory support for multiple products.Collaboration with advanced technology.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electronics.Minimum 5+ years experience in real-time embedded software development.Minimum 2+ years of experience with Xilinx Ultrascale+ processor, with knowledge of low-level software development and testing.
