Job OverviewA key contributor to our business is sought for a high-profile role that requires an in-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 Functional Operations. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements and system enhancements across various domains, including finance, procurement, and customer service.About the RoleThis position entails collaborating with stakeholders to optimize end-to-end business processes, analyzing and documenting requirements, translating them into system configurations and process flows, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Main ResponsibilitiesFinance & AccountingProcess Improvement: Partner with Finance leadership to design and implement process enhancements in areas such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements while leveraging D365FO capabilities.Advanced Reporting: Support evolving financial planning and analysis needs, including advanced reporting and integration with BI platforms.Procurement & Supply ChainSourcing Optimization: Collaborate with Procurement to enhance supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract management, and purchasing workflows.Module Configuration: Configure and optimize D365 Procurement & Sourcing modules to ensure cost-effective and compliant processes.Supply Chain Visibility: Support supply chain visibility by aligning procurement with warehouse and fulfillment operations.Call Center & Customer ServiceWorkforce Enablement: Work with Customer Service/Call Center leaders to refine sales order processing, customer interactions, and case management workflows.System Integration: Ensure the system supports high service levels, efficient resolution, and integration with fulfillment and financial transactions.Customer Experience: Develop processes that improve customer experience, retention, and responsiveness.Fulfillment & Warehouse OperationsInventory Management: Partner with Warehouse leadership to ensure accurate and efficient use of D365FO Warehouse Management (WMS).Logistics Execution: Enhance workflows for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and logistics execution.Operational Efficiency: Support workforce adoption of SOPs, handheld/scanning devices, and real-time reporting.Cross-Domain / ERP Functional SupportFunctional Configuration: Document business requirements and map them to D365FO functionality—acting as the bridge between business teams and technical resources.Testing & UAT: Manage functional configurations, testing, and UAT for enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.Training & Enablement: Lead process workshops, training sessions, and end-user enablement.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business scalability and operational excellence.Prioritization: Maintain a backlog of enhancement requests and help set priorities in alignment with business strategy.
