We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This position is open for both full-time and internship candidates. Interns will undergo a performance-based evaluation during the internship period, and high-performing interns may be considered for full-time conversion based on skills, consistency, and overall contribution.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:Conceptualize and create visually compelling digital and print assets, including social media creatives, presentations, infographics, banners, and brand collateralEnsure creative consistency across all visual content while aligning with the brand's design language and communication goalsOptimize visual content for various digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to ensure maximum audience engagement and reach.Video Editing:Edit, produce, and deliver high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, events, testimonials, reels, product showcases, and other multimedia initiativesStay up to date with evolving design trends, visual technologies, and multimedia storytelling techniquesManage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standardsRequired Qualifications:Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign)Familiarity with tools like Figma or Final Cut Pro is a plusStrong visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and color theorySolid grasp of motion graphics, visual storytelling, and brandingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to take ownership of creative projects, work autonomously, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environmentA compelling portfolio showcasing diverse design and video editing work is mandatoryWhat We Offer:Professional growth and learning opportunitiesExposure to diverse projects across multiple platformsWork with a passionate, mission-driven teamPerformance-based full-time conversion opportunity for internsEmployment Details:Experience Required: 0-2 YearsPosition: Full-TimeEmployment Status: Full-TimePriority: HighAlso Open For: Internship candidates with performance-based evaluationApplication Process:Interested candidates must submit:Updated resume/CVPortfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work (Mandatory)Brief cover letter explaining your interest in the role
